"The Green-eyed Monster"

After so many days, found a topic for blogging. Actually, I think of it constantly, subconsciously, every day. I think of "The Green-Eyed Monster" who was torturing me throughout today.
No, its not him. he's so cute. Its jealousy
.
I felt it, when someones got a pretty dress or good hair or a great pair of shoes or long nails, I can only wish I had that too. I know many of my friends feel the same. Some, I'm sure, will even take pains to look better and shop smarter next time. It works out well for everyone in the end.
And here's the dark side : when you can't handle it and start doing funny things or deny being jealous at all, be careful, you're about to turn into a not-so cute monster...

Got this real nice quote :
Jealousy is no more than feeling alone against smiling enemies. ~Elizabeth Bowen
I just couldn't help but wonder from where do all these gorgeous people come. And then I caught a reflection of me in my b.f's eyes and felt like the most beautiful person, next to her.

Love remains the same ...

Have good reason to be
The magic in the air...
Or so they say,
coz its Valentine's Day!
And I'm dying for it

Like every year (and every Day, Father's, Mothers, Brother, etc.etc) this year too there's the same age-old dilemma of V-day being commercialized, people taking no special efforts to show love, and the Q : Why just 1 day? !
Not that I have any answers or even suggestions to any of these, but I wonder the need to get ito the whys and hows and spoil the fun of the day. I'm just gonna enjoy it with all the feel-special, do-good stuff the day comes with.

This 14th, bless the ancient Egpytians, is a Sunday. Which means no schools or colleges will be open and most people wouldn't risk going out on the streets and facing the self-proclaimed caretakers of the morality of Bombay. So, I'l be at home (How boring, but am happy).

Todays Chocolate Day in K.C. Can hardly wait to give and receive chocs with friends (all those I have, atleast)

Love the trailers! And ma fav singer's also featuring!
The movie I've been waiting for, another cliché, aah!

Thats the song for now

As for ma Valentine, planned a surprise (wont b giftin until 15th, huh) hoping to surprise him... Sure he'll remember it for the rest of his life, or something like that.

Love always,
